Professional Success is a UK based consultancy, founded by Melanie McLean. Our
work is primarily with senior professionals to help you win business and execute
it well. Our clients are senior lawyers and bankers. We provide the strategic, business building and networking skills which are
required nowadays to succeed in a fastmoving, changing and very demanding
working environment.
Melanie McLean read law at Cambridge and worked as a capital markets lawyer.
This taught her a great deal and honed the ability to survive on very little
sleep. She then was recruited into investment banking by a client, stayed for 10
years and ultimately became a director of a UK investment bank.
Having sent her teams on training courses, she realised that the best training
is given by those who have their own experience in the area as they know exactly
what the client wants. "Professional Success" was born.
